About Me
I’m Anneri Pretorius, a Specialist Wellness Counsellor, passionate about supporting adults and teenagers through life’s challenges with compassion, understanding, and respect. Life can be complex, unpredictable, and sometimes overwhelming. My mission is to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your emotions, process difficult experiences, and reconnect with your inner strength.,
Over the years, I have worked with individuals navigating a wide range of issues, including trauma, grief and bereavement, stress, low mood, anxiety, anger, and life transitions. I also support personal growth, emotional well-being, and coping strategies for the challenges of a constantly changing world. Each person’s journey is unique, and my approach is tailored to your specific needs, pace, and goals.
I provide both in-person and online counselling, offering flexibility and accessibility so that support is always within reach. My sessions are designed to be a safe space where you can be heard, understood, and empowered — a place where your feelings are valid, your experiences are respected, and your personal growth is encouraged.
What I value most in my work is creating trust, empathy, and a sense of calm, allowing you to explore your emotions without fear of judgment. Counselling is not about “fixing” you; it’s about guiding you to recognize your own strengths, develop practical coping skills, and make meaningful changes that improve your well-being.
Whether you are struggling to cope with everyday life, recovering from a difficult experience, or seeking personal growth, I am here to walk alongside you — offering professional guidance, emotional support, and encouragement every step of the way
